I went to hotel 8 pm. They told when you book room you must inform to the hotel you did not inform to hotel so we gave room to others. That time i have no room. Very worst behaviour. But, that time make my trip app team helped very much for me and good customer support. Thankyou.

worst possible staff very negligence
staff and reception host are very rude do not travel with family as they have no manners for their customers and talk very rude and cuT the calls sometimes moreover neglect to respond as well not a hotel for family and for couples please find any other hotel

Facilities
There is no services for any customer requirements like tea, breakfast and lunch if we need those then we have to go and bring that's it. There is no hot water facility also

Nightmare
One of the worst hotel, sleeping on orad is better than this no water, bed is worst, blankets didt cleaned

Decent stay for the budget
It was a decent stay for the budget. You can't expect more than this for this money. Except the fact that the bathroom lights were not functioning, room was okay. It was a bit small though. I extended stay for two more days. They charge you more than the amount in makemytrip if you are booking in person.

Dirty bedsheets, smelly washroom, no housekeeping, no drinking water

Excellent hospitality
soloThe room was very spacious and clean too even the facility of hot water in the washroom was 24 hours which was the best part.

Solo traveler
Average stay. But for the tariff I really complain. Not just a suggestion try not to book there breakfast plan as the breakfast is pathetic.

Stay was good. Within few metre we can reach main Road and you can get everything. Staff are very cooperative. But not suitable for family stay
