hotel was good... staffs were helpful... rooms were too small.... too far from delhi city... no restaurant near by need to order in hotel restaurant only

Location is good.. bathroom were clean but bedsheets and pillow were very dirty.. I paid for breakfast and had to check out early but nothing was ready around 7:15 so I have to leave without that and they charge for extra water bottle which is another big flaw

Your policy is very bad. No one pick the phone . your cancellation process is also worst. I ninder I will book my trip from this nor I will recommend anyone very bad cancellation process for p cancellationnobody picks the phone Worst service

I have stayed during my Rajiv Gandhi Hospital visit. Hotel are located near to hospital. stay was good and quality is ok.

The hotel staff is courteous and well behaved. Food is also good. Room size is good for two. Could be a little large, but not a cause for concern.

Wonderful staff and service. The standard rooms were adequate for two people to share. They were clean. The food from room service is fresh, tasty & excellent. Highky recommended. Good value for money.

Reached the hotel and checked in. Found long hair star ands on the bed and bed sheet. Asked them to change the bed sheets, unfortunately the new ones were also dirty, stained and torn. Had booked for 2 nights but checked out after the 1st night and relocated to a new hotel. Despite this pathetic situation they reused cancellation and did not refund the 2nd night tariff.
