Most unhygienic rooms. In-spite of having to cancel till 2359 hrs, it was not done inspite of calling. Since had no option stayed the night and vacated the room first thing in the morning.

Location is nearby ranipur mod. Food is okay. Talking about hygiene, they really need to work on it. As the bedsheets and pillow covers are not tidy, there were stains on towels. Shower and geyser were not working properly. It's an average place to stay.

Room service zero, room were not clean, i requested for room and washroom cleaning, they said we will do in a while but i was not done till my check-out

They have bed bugs (khatmal; got red bites over my body and its itching very badly. Lighting in the room is not proper. It looks dark. The lift doesn't work properly sometimes. Washroom also was not properly cleaned. Hygeine was not properly maintained.

I stayed here for one night. Room was very ugly with full of insects and termite inside near bed. Ac was throwing water and ice both free of cost. The worst thing is that i booked the hotel with breakfast but hotel was unable see the free breakfast in their system. So they denied to give breakfast even after checking my voucher. It's unhygienic room and property along-with staff. Never stay here.

Hi, we went in jun e 2023, three families together, booked 4rooms. Rooms are pretty decent. Main road location. 5mins from station, in opposite direction to hear ki paudi. 15mins hear ki paudi. Entrance of the hotel doesn't match with the hotel ambiance. They should really work on it. Lift facility from floor 1(so from ground you need to carry or call for assistance)food is really good(indian+chinese)booked which seems cool. No view from any room, only road is visible from few. Staff is okay. Cleaning is okay. Room size is good. Washrooms are good.
