As a female traveller, it was a nightmare. my train was 3 hrs late , I had received a call in evening from the owner/manager, I had informed clearly Abt being late by around 2 hrs. On reaching the property . there was not a sole in view .. all does chained n eiree , pitch dark.. shouting n calling out - koi hai , bhaiya .. The glass door chained locked, a side door open unmanned. Then after 15 min, i connected with mmt customer care, He called the propertythey connected n a sleepy head comes n by 2:30 midnight I get to enter my room. Out of 7 switch board, only 1 was working... I had to beg for water bottle. No toilet soap. In morning I. woke up n the whole building is empty, felt spooky .. Then after again mee n my driver shouting n calling out a person lazily .. I asked for tea or any breakfast , he said nothing is available before 9:30.... I just left.. The worst worst experience for me .
