Room was not ready on time and the preferred room was given to someone else who reached late. if something is asked to provide they were not clear on SOP and not able to provide a match box or lighter and take more then one hour if you reached early uh can't order a tea till your check in start Food is tasteless and not value for money even if you spend more then 2.5k for a day uh will stay empty stomach even on Sunday it was a terribly boring evening nite no bone fire or music for customer stand alone property no shop no food point near by uh can go if uh start feeling boar in room it's not for couple for foody it was my last stay in this property

Lack of hot water and proper water supply. Bonfire doesn't always happen only when there is 100% occupancy

Rooms are not properly clean And washrooms are not up to the mark as shown in the pictures.

First of all the hotel location was pathetic. The lane to hotel was so poor and horrifying thay everytime our car stuck there. Second the staff was not co-operative. Our car stuck at the lane while inclining. We requested the hotel staff to carry our luggage to the main road so that we can easily cross the lane. First they yes. But next day they refused to help. Finally one nice guy from hotel staff helped us.

Stale food, not maintained, cleanliness issues, no towels in room. Just good views from room and nothing else is upto the mark.

stayed in a 6 bed dorm and the bathroom wasn't nice, the basin was a little broken and the geyser wasn't working, but the staff was very helpful and immediately gave us another dorm, the vibe of the place is also nice, food is 2/5 tho.

Actually the property was good, but the room flooring was poor with nails coming out. Also there were no indian food options, which i guess is something people might dislike.

Rooms were descent, car parking ramp area must be improved. The slope is a little steep with pot holes which needs serious repair work. Also the food menu was very limited and complimentary breakfast only had 1 item per person available with very limited portion.
