I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the wonder hills hotel in pahalgam, and i would strongly advise others to avoid it. We had booked our stay a month in advance via make my trip (mmt, but upon arriving at the hotel late at night, we were informed that our rooms had been given away to other guests. Instead, they sent us to a different hotel, which was absolutely unacceptable. The substitute hotel was in poor condition. The rooms had a terrible smell, the bathrooms were not properly maintained, and it was clear that the facility was not up to basic standards. After a long argument with the hotel manager, followed by a discussion with the hotel owner and even an mm t representative, we were left with no other option but to stay in this subpar hotel for the night, despite having paid a significant amount in advance for our stay at the wonder hills. This caused us unnecessary stress. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service made this situation even worse. I regret booking through mm t as they were unable to resolve the issue or offer any real assistance. Given this experience, i would strongly recommend avoiding both the wonder hills hotel and booking through make my trip. There are plenty of better options in pahalgam that won’t put your holiday plans in jeopardy. Save yourself the trouble and choose another place to stay!
