Pros: Hotel was good with all basic amenities and food is good. Cons: WiFi does not work most of the time and TV does not have any useful channels, only few free unwanted channels that too does not receive signals.

Best staff awesome facilities as listed in the trip provided. Best recommended to Families and couples who wants to spend some quality time with dear loved ones

Room was ok kinds in this price range hot water was not available in morning my son bathed in cold water after an hr it was supplied. Food was of very low quality though after 3 attempt they provide us an edible poha. Staff was cordial and trying their best.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The quality and cleanliness of bedsheets and bathroom were below average. The food was also average. They do not provide any bill or receipt on check out. The stay was ok and would not recommend over other hotels.

The washroom fittings were very bad. All unbranded stuff that does not work properly. Exhaust in the washroom does not work. Broken window panes. Food options are not available as per the menu. You have to either opt for the buffet or u can order the food prepared for the buffet only. The only advantage of the property is its location and the views that you get of the river.

Overall my experience was great. A very affordable hotel with great view. I want to thanks all the hotel staff who supported us from starting to the end. Irshaad and others have made our stay pleasant.
