Was not maintained well. Smelly room. Heater not working properly. Frequent power cuts. Food not good. Not worth it. Skip it and thank me later

It was excellent, staffs were co-operative and the food was awesome.

Exceptional service, tasty food, room is clean and they are curious to help you in every way. The manager dais ahmed is mentioned for the support you have given.

The location of the resort is awesome. Food quality is also very good. One can enjoy the lidder river flowing from the backyard of the property. Staff behaviour is professional and good.

If possible please refund the booking amount as i have left the hotel without staying for a minute

My stay at elegant resort was very good. The staff is super helpful. They go above and beyond to help with anything we asked for. Kashmiri hospitality is just so amazing. There is so much warmth and care. Food was so so delicious. Chef served us hot and fresh food everytime. Location of this place is fabulous just by the river and snow-capped mountains. I’d 100% recommend this place.
