    Electricity problems

    I recently stayed ,I was extremely disappointed with the frequent power cuts. The electricity was out for 4-5 hours multiple times a day, making it very inconvenient and uncomfortable. For a hotel that claims to provide good service, having such poor power backup or unreliable electricity supply is unacceptable.

    Thank you so much for taking time to write few Words , There was a problem with the Local Grid that day, However we used Generator always when there is any Power cut in the area Thanks once again
