No facility at all no tv remotes no hot water staff facility very poor and the cleanliness is not there not prefer guest to visit there

The hotel is terrible. When we reached there no one came and checked in. No lift and the rooms were very small. Bathroom was very dirty. Would recommend not to go there again. And i want my money back.

Nice rooms, but bathroom curtains are transparent, need to be changed with some dark co-loured curtains. Food is okay.

1. Unprofessional management 2. Manager behaviour with guest not good. 3. Tv. Intercom not working. Room light not sufficient. 4. You don't get hot water from 10am to 6pm.

It's shown as 3 star hotel, however it looks like 2 star and location is best for rafting people. Rooms are fine and bed has warmer bedsheet which is good for small kids. But still not a 3 star property. Food we have to order from outside. Only maggie and bread available.

We booked for a stay of 2 days including breakfast and dinner paying a amount of 7000rs including tax. The first thing i see is a room full of houseflies, a bathroom with no flush and a towel with yellow and red stains. The red stains i think it's blood. I had dinner there for 2 days on the first day the food was okay and for the second day they gave us the same food from the fridge by heating. This is unacceptable because we paid 600rs separately for food itself. All i liked about this property is the location it resides it have a good river view

Nice stay. Best view but far from the city. The view is the best of river and mountains and a garden included with the hotel. Staff also very helpful

I am extremely angry and disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and i feel compelled to share my grievances with you. Firstly, i had booked two deluxe rooms for my family, but upon arrival, i was informed that one of the rooms was not available, and i was given a normal room instead. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I paid for two deluxe rooms, and i expect to receive what i paid for. To make matters worse, the condition of the room we received was appalling. There were cigarette buds on the floor when we arrived, and the cleanliness of the room was extremely poor. Furthermore, the toilet windows were left open, and there were no curtains, which made me and my family feel extremely uncomfortable and violated our privacy. In addition, one of the rooms had no curtains, and we were woken up by the sunlight four hours earlier than we intended to. This was extremely frustrating, and it made our mornings unbearable. To top it all off, the food at your hotel was terrible, with limited options, and the two rooms had balconies attached, which provided no privacy whatsoever. I demand a full refund for my stay at your hotel, as i faced numerous issues that completely ruined my family's vacation. I strongly advise anyone considering staying at your property to avoid it altogether. I hope you take my feedback seriously and take immediate action to address these issues so that no other guest has to go through what i did.

Location is good apposite to river rafting point. City se dour hain khane peene ke lye hotel main kuch nai hain evn water bottel tak. Booking ke baad bhi river view room ke lye mujhse 1000 charge kiya gaya

This is only the budget property, only view was good from balcony rest was like 1 star.

Castle rock is 13 km away from proper pahalgam. No food option around this stay. Unhygienic bathroom, poor quality bedding, dirty floor, unsafe windows and door, no wifi connection, poor quality of food and so on. It's a terrible location. False information about "deluxe" room. No power backup system available. Entry road also too bad to uphill any kind of vehicle.

Please don't book this hotel. Pathetic expr

Room had zero amenities. We had to buy drinking water too. Worst is they gave us a room which had no key. So when we were going out they told us this room has no key, don't worry leave it open we will look after your luggage. I mean seriously! i can’t believe i paid for this

Maintenance of property was not good and problem in hot water supply.
