The property features antiques and has a vintage vibe, the rooms were well equipped and there was good arrangement for heating as well. The staff is very cordial and homely, especially mohammad iqbal was very good. Would like to visit again.

A very different boutique property. Everything is very unique about this place. And last but not least- fantabulous views from all the rooms!

Staff was courteous. But rules by management were pathetic. In menu soup without starters. No buffet spread. Very limited items in Breakfast and Dinner, considering 13000/- per night it's way to high for the property, services and meals.

Excellent location of the hotel. Amid-st nature and away from hussle bussle of city. Staff behaviour was awesome.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. The location and view from the hotel is amazing. The aesthetics of the hotel is very nice and has good books, artifacts in common areas. The view from room was great. The service of staff (specifically faisal and ashraf) was best - always smiling, helping and keeping the place tip-top. The food was great. The rooms and bathrooms were very good with clean linen and decent toileteries. Room had heater and electric blanket (though didn't need it. Only hiccup could be the climb to the hotel. Won't suggest for someone with knee, leg problems as. The staff did mention though that they just got permit for lift after trying for long time and and once completed will address this hiccup too. Would highly recommend staying here.

Hotel had a scenic location. The interiors are really vintage. Staff if very courteous. And excellent heating system in room. Food was great !

Stay at the villagio was very good. As the temperatures in the night was around zero degree celcius, their heating system was very good and kept the room warm. The property as mentioned in quite a few reviews is difficult for senior citizens as you need to climb about 15 steps. Understand that they are looking at installing lifts. It is a very cosy property of just 9 rooms and the staff members were very helpful. Lidder river flows just opposite to the property - it is in a calm location (about 2. 5 kms from the market.

Had a pleasant stay at the villagio. Loved the quaint decor, cozzy rooms and delicious food. And not to forget the amazing view outside. Faizal was sweet and very helpful. We would love to visitvillagio again for their wonderful hospitality!

We were booked for one night in the wood vibes hotel. When we reached we were shown a small dingy and damp room which the hotel manager himself said was not upto the mark and asked us to shift to another one of their properties named sukoon. This property and room was better but the location was away from the city centre and it had no room service or food or electricity during evening hours which led to even more inconvenience. Even the complimentary breakfast we had booked as a part of our stay we couldn't avail as the replacement property did not have a kitchen. Please beware and do a thorough check before booking the wood vibes hotel

The hotel was straight out of mystery novels - near the city yet difficult to reach given a steep slope to navigate the car and then flight of steps to reach the hotel which is niche in every aspect - excellent staff, great views and good accommodation

The property is poorly maintained, old and the rooms suffocating and small, with zero ventilation, totally not worth the money. The parts of the sitting lobby are falling off. There is a terrible view, pictures are deceptive.

Good ambience, neatly maintained property and awesome view in front of hotel. Calm atmosphere as well.

It’s a small 9 room boutique stay - good views, just before the Yatra base camp so Pahalgam market is about 1.5km away - overall decent food - breakfast spread and quality could be better. The staff is very sweet and polite but they are just not available most of the time and you have to look for them- a bit unprofessional. Gorgeous views and outdoor space though- lota of stairs to enter the property which could be difficult for elderly people

Staff was friendly and prompt. Did the best to make us feel comfortable. Only drawback was that there was no wifi in the property during our stay due to amarnath ya traffic. Abu bakar and his staff was excellent. Thank you

Had the most amazing time with the most stunning and serene view to wake up. Definitely recommend at-least a night stay at this beautiful property.

So authentic! the place pahalgham in itself is magical and the stay at villagio made it even better. We had booked both superior rooms and it was so beautifully decorated in kashmir style. All rooms have different decors which makes you wanna go there again and again. Food served was also tasty and support from staff was also commendable. Must book if u are in pahalgham for sen-ere views. A little away from market and right in the middle of valley with views of the river.
