I am extremely angry and disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and i feel compelled to share my grievances with you. Firstly, i had booked two deluxe rooms for my family, but upon arrival, i was informed that one of the rooms was not available, and i was given a normal room instead. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I paid for two deluxe rooms, and i expect to receive what i paid for. To make matters worse, the condition of the room we received was appalling. There were cigarette buds on the floor when we arrived, and the cleanliness of the room was extremely poor. Furthermore, the toilet windows were left open, and there were no curtains, which made me and my family feel extremely uncomfortable and violated our privacy. In addition, one of the rooms had no curtains, and we were woken up by the sunlight four hours earlier than we intended to. This was extremely frustrating, and it made our mornings unbearable. To top it all off, the food at your hotel was terrible, with limited options, and the two rooms had balconies attached, which provided no privacy whatsoever. I demand a full refund for my stay at your hotel, as i faced numerous issues that completely ruined my family's vacation. I strongly advise anyone considering staying at your property to avoid it altogether. I hope you take my feedback seriously and take immediate action to address these issues so that no other guest has to go through what i did.
