Easily find at google map on road hotel Food so tasty and many a items non veg and veg lake chicken curry and dal was very tasty but no have salad Staff service good room clean and wash room clean but no river viv

Room is decent but there were a lot of flys. Food was decent, but the location is no where near river so no site scene

- small rooms with dirty bedsheets - no power or water in the night forget hot water - no availability of anyone in the night - dirty stinking bathrooms -noises in the room due to the birds on the roof we had to cut down our stay to one day instead of 2 days and lost around 15k for 2 rooms. Please do not book this property.

I will rate this average coz everything was good staff food but no service for my driver and end of the day the owner ask me to pay amount even i already paid full amount to make my trip

Room spacious, well maintained but bathroom water logging problem, geyser not working. Food options limited, not upto the mark.

Response from the hotel was disgusting, room allotted was not up to the mark, no heating facility, response from the waiters were terribly bad, afterall bad experience

In breakfast only two item. Quality was so bad poor. Lack of staff.

Its a good property with reasonable price. Heaters were running from 8pm to 1am and then in morning from 8am to 11pm. Beware that every where in kashmir they try to ask for extra money and tips.

Had a terrible terrible stay at the property. But i put mm t responsible before i blame the property. Mm t is our window to any property and are responsible for customer experience, but they failed miserably, despite me wasting my 45 precious minutes on the call. This property lacks everything that one can ask for. Dirty floor, dingy rooms, stained curtains, frequent power cuts, sorry almost no power and backup. Only saving grace for this property are two points a) good location b) a gentleman called "nadeem" he tried everything to help us, many cheers to you buddy, it is people like you who enraged customer like me can count upon.

Hotel does not provide breakfast in hotel, client have to go 3-4 km from hotel for breakfast. Hotel does not provide vehicle for breakfast

Everything is excellent and perfect.

Location was not as explained by the hotel staff over the call while booking, but later we were ok with it. Room was spacious with two double beds in one room. Best part was that the place is just 2 km from the rafting point. And it's located at main road food quality was really bad. ( i'm sorry to use the word bad for food, but have no other answers) also the place have no outside food options available nearby. Hygiene and cleanliness is 5/10. We barely managed our one night stay there. Positives- staff was humble but had their limitations, location was good. Additional - it was a tiny house converted into a lodge/hotel stay, so pl expect only minimalist.
