Comfortable rooms with centralised heater which they ll operate in night timings but you wont feel cold as they provide two good quality blankets plus bed heater

Its our first time in kashmir and we found the best hotel in whole kashmir its not about money not about the views or the place its about the people the manager who treat us like his own family and i forget the name One who always stay with us for guidance thankyou brother we will never forget you will come soon again❤️ And the food Masalla huge respect for that cook what ever we order the way we want he never disappoint us,,, We are the one who comes with 2 bike 3 people ❤️ Sahid bhai and the one stuff i forget the names we will miss you both❤️ Love Sazid & Dim❤️

My idea of booking this hotel is to enjoy the view of the lidder river, but due to heavy snow we couldn't use the garden area also. The heating system is available from 7:00 pm available till 3:00 am or 4:00 am by 6:00 am it will become uncomfortable to stay in the room. The bathrooms are also not great. The service was good, irfan and danish were friendly and they did a great job. There are more options which offer better facilities at the price point of course we should agree that maintenance is not a joke in that harsh climate. I would definitely suggest going for other options if you have to pay 5000 a night

Heaters were not working after 12. 00 pm. Electricity was not there in the night. Rooms were cold. Poor management
