Location is beautiful, rooms are not worth 13000 a day at all it’s okay for 5000 - 6000 per night that’s it

Beautiful hotel. But far from the city centre. Beautiful place. Excellent food. Nice warmers on the bed which was great. But the place is bit far from the city centre

We were on a family trip and booked 5 rooms in this hotel. None of the room were good. All the rooms were very dirty. Torn blankets, unusable kettle (due to rust, dirty pillows, inadequate lighting were common across all rooms. Furniture used in rooms were very old and mostly in bad condition. Couple of rooms had water log issue in the bathroom. After complaining about all these hotel staff said that they cannot do anything for it. All these issues when we paid charge equivalent to 4star hotel. Try to avoid booking this hotel at any cost if you don't want to ruin your vacation.

It was a great stay, up to the mark hotel. Excellent place to stay with family.

Overall best of experience with room service hotel services and food i would say one should go for this hotel

The location of hotel is nearby The River which we can enjoy during our stay. Food is ok. However The staff is very co operative

Pahalgam is a very beautiful hill station. The hotel is away from Pahalgam town near the rafting point. Travelling without your own vehicle is difficult. I chose this hotel because I wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Situated next to lidder river, you can take a walk or just relax.
