Review Of The Utopia Resort

Had a fabulous stay in Utopia Hotel for two nights. A very spacious hotel its architecture appears regal. From the reception to dinner hall n room all were spotlessly clean n spacious. We took a room on the 3rd floor with a terrace. Found the staff very courteous n responsive. It's better than many 5 Star hotels. Veg menu but quite tasty. Best wishes to Team Utopia n the Owner.

The resort gives a luxury gateway and was kids friendly.Kids really enjoyed at poolside. Food is also good.

Caring of guest is too good, beside food and accommodation were excellent....

it's a very nice property with a Rajasthan theme. we also enjoyed garba which was organised by the property owner.

place looks right out of Rajasthan's royalty... food is good and staff very courteous. overall a super experience. the temple in the vicinity just adds to the charm.

Unhygienic place,restaurant had lots of flies,buffet items very very less and very below average taste,however sky rocket high price,place to not expect much,just a overpriced underperforming place.Nit visiting next time

Uncleanliness and no dinner was available. Two big lizards were dancing the whole night in a room. Room service was not available.

We stayed in a suite, which was quite spacious and featured a large dressing area. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, the restroom did not meet the same standard. Towels and linens were below expectations in terms of quality, and the service left much to be desired. Despite calling in advance for an extra bed, it was never provided, which was disappointing. With a few improvements in housekeeping and responsiveness, the experience could be much better.

Overall superb experience... Ambience is very good and property is well maintained. Rooms very clean and spacious... Food was ok ok not very delicious...need improvement only in food rest all 10 out of 10

Rooms are great, but they are missing basic amenities like door mats, furniture like tables are missing, we were in suite room they were big but they were missing central tables door mats and all

found the property on makemytrip & cousin suggestion at Sanchi.place was nice, clean, hygienic. room was nice, cottage wasn't available for stay. food was excellent, unique taste. recommended after one or two rains, hot as no greenery around.

My recent stay at the utopia hotel left much to be desired. While the location near sanchi was convenient, several aspects of the experience fell short of expectations. Firstly, the front desk staff exhibited unprofessional behavior, displaying rudeness and a lack of support towards guests. This significantly detracted from the overall guest experience. Similarly, the housekeeping service was inefficient, with requested room touch-ups delayed until late in the evening due to under-staffing issues. Furthermore, the absence of a television in the room and the lack of cleanliness in the pool were disappointing. These amenities are standard in most hotels and their absence impacted the comfort and enjoyment of the stay. Additionally, the absence of valet parking was inconvenient, especially considering the vast size of the property. This oversight detracted from the overall convenience and accessibility for guests. Moreover, the non-functional wi-fi further compounded the issues. In today's connected world, reliable internet access is essential for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel's failure to provide a functioning network severely detracted from the overall guest experience. In conclusion, while the utopia hotel may boast an attractive location near saanchi, the numerous shortcomings in service and amenities render it difficult to recommend. As an honest reviewer, i can only give it a rating of 2 out of 5. The hotel management should address these issues promptly to improve the guest experience and reputation of the property. I will not suggest to this hotel stay
