Excellent Stay at Radisson Bhopal! Had a wonderful experience during our stay at Radisson Bhopal. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff was extremely courteous and always ready to help with a smile. The food at the restaurant was delicious with a great variety for both breakfast and dinner. The overall ambience was elegant and relaxing — perfect for a comfortable family stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bhopal!

I booked superior room but it has been upgraded to executive room free of cost upon reaching the hotel the reception guy said we have received your booking for superior room not executive I had to check in early so I paid 3500/- extra for executive room for 1 day and 2 days it reached the amount this was terrible for me

Stayed for 4 nights. But each day the service went down a bit. Second day they did not keep the toiletries and buy the third day the even forgot to give the hand and face towel. It got best on the 4th morning when we ordered tea and it never arrived. They later said the guy got confused with the room number. At best. 34 star hotel. Definitely not a 5 star.

we were replaced from our rooms right after we were given due to technical issues after that we opted for buffet for our dinner but the staff was so slow and not at all warm and welcoming although except the restaurant ones every other staff was nice not that bad but the amount money we paid and as it's 5 star hotel overall it was 3/5 experience

Very rude staff and very poor hospitality ,they don’t look at customers profile and don’t their customers . For every food order you will have to pay instantly or share your credit card details to block the amount. This is ridiculous- also their service standards and promptness is not as per 5 star standards . Pls avoid stay here , rather go for taj lakefront or any other good property 1000 times better

I had an excellent stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions. The food was delicious, with a great variety to choose from.
