Very rude staff and very poor hospitality ,they don’t look at customers profile and don’t their customers . For every food order you will have to pay instantly or share your credit card details to block the amount. This is ridiculous- also their service standards and promptness is not as per 5 star standards . Pls avoid stay here , rather go for taj lakefront or any other good property 1000 times better

Doesn’t felt like 5 star property, if you compare other 5 star hotels. There were nothing in mini BAR, no fruits or anything on the table, room was under maintenance (seems they were repainting) but given it to guest. Not bad but not like a 5 star property.
