Properly is not maintained and washrooms are not cleaned. TV is Not Working , Intercom Not Working, For room service we need to call personally to the person who is sitting on the reception... Food was Good 👍 According to the Price we paid the services was not up to the mark..

Dirty rooms with no amenities placed, you have to call their front office for everything. They dont have basic facilities.

Horrible and terrible resort nobody should go there there is nothing such as a morning tea option also before 10 am on name of customer service they are pathetic

The property was good but not very well maintained, service was not so efficient and most importantly it was overpriced

There was water leakage in washroom, sheets were not clean and services were poor. Low on staff and poorly maintained

Ambience is too good. Lot many trees, plants, perfectly maintained. Staff is courteous. Food is okay like. Not upto expectations. House keeping needs to be improved. Furnitures, windows, stairs etc. Found to be dusty. A nice place to stay, but a lot needs to be done

Overall stay was amazing, rooms were clean, our ac was dripping due to some issue and that did not made our trip any less. Pool was clean. I think when you are searching for some open and surrounded by greenery you can surely visit this resort. Apart from little hassle i don't mind coming here again. Staff was quick and helpful whenever we called for help or any query!

Clean cottages with proper toilatories and water bottles in the rooms. Big swimming pool. Nice food. Lush green area with so many tree and birds. Best part is live music on saturdays and sundays. The only issue is that the morning tea is not given and there is no kettle in the room.

Rooms, location and resort is good, staff is good but rooms and property requires a lot of good or quality renovation.

Property is very good, location is very good, staff is very good but untrained, bathrooms are not good, sometimes water is also not available, private pool is good but not maintained. Furniture outside room is rusted. Room and bathroom kits are very poor. Parking space is open jungle ground. Springs coming out of bed mattress

Worst experience ever. Wont recommend anyone in the future. And if anyone going to blue lagoon i will stop him not to their.

Things which is mentioned in inclusion not given by stay, no proper shower completely ruin the trip, facilities are not proper. Please refund my money

Food was good and stay looks very good with green ambiance, but room mantainence was poor, private pool was filled with bugs with no filter working and no hot water available

After paying for costliest room, was not getting proper service. Washroom area the private pool was not proper clean and also floor was not clean.

Travel-led with my and sister's family and found the resort really good in location, sections, accomodation and activities. Sun-day night live music was awesome! food was expensive. Parking outside the resort at their stipulated parking area was something i was doubtful about. However, it turned out to be ok. The rooms i got were of junior suite category (in makemytrip) and had issues about water pressure in taps and showers. The machan with rabbits, pigeons and other birds was great. Swimming pool was good. Huge landscaped gardens provided us ample space to play cricket and badminton with kids. The kids zone has a few slides, swings and see-saws liked by the kids. There was a huge storm hitting the place that day and made it very hard for power to stay stable and made the experience bad. Staff was congenial. Complimentary breakfast was assembled late and had too few items (only 3) along with the tea. On many occasions there was nobody to answer calls at the reception and it seemed they are understaffed to attend all guests.

The was fabulous and the food was delicious, will plan to visit soon
