The location of the property was exemplary awesome and had good view from balcony. It had a bliss of lush green landscape, lake view and comfortable calm envious. The food served had expended menu with variety of cuisine from different orientation, catering for variety of guest and their food preference. It’s worth mentioning that the taste of the food served was delicious and satisfying. However, it has to be mentioned that the facilities of the hotel need to be improved, despite being heritage hotel has great room for improvement in comfort level. The bed and mattresses are quite uncomfortable which led to disturbed sleep. The comfortable and facilities don’t meet the charges or the rooms.

The services and hospitality was very good. Stay was comfortable & relaxing, but we borrowed a hand towel to keep out belongings in the bag, which we were asked to return at our departure, it made the experience little unpleasant. :)

Excellent Stay
Great experience. Polite and helpful staff, very well decorated room, great views, and ambience. They also gave me a free upgrade to the royal club room. This heritage hotel is quite pretty with great old timey paintings, fountains, and carts as decor. The room was very clean, modern with nice art on the walls, and a small balcony overlooking the sunset. Overall a great experience.

Not Worth it

the pool was full of dirt and bugs, no discount was given on 20 percent food as promised, we matched their menu prices and the bill did not give details of discount, property was kept dirty, spa services and gym, jaqoosie were all closed citing no staff. the rooms had issues with lighting and 2 times staff came to restart the AC and fix the lights. The manager was an expert on making excuses and gave no relief or even Acknowledgement of things wrong with the hotel. The hotel is clearly overpriced and definitely not upto the standards of five star, even normal hotel properties are better.Not worth the money.

I had a pleasant stay at Noor Us Sahab Palace. The property is undeniably beautiful and has a charming, regal ambiance that makes it stand out. The rooms were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. However, there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. The valet parking service was not consistently available, which meant I had to park the car myself on a few occasions. Additionally, while the room was comfortable, the bathroom was quite small and felt a bit cramped. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again, especially for the aesthetic and ambiance, but I hope they improve the valet and bathroom space in the future.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Tariff

The services and room quality did not match the high tariff charged by the property. I had a terrible experience when I requested a room change due to poor AC cooling. Instead of resolving the issue, a worker simply cleaned the AC, which didn’t help. Spent a sleepless night. Overall, not up to market standards.
