This place completely changed the way I look at hospitality. From the moment I stepped in, everything just felt right- calm, warm, and welcoming. The person at the front desk greeted me with the kindest smile and handled check-in in under a minute. My luggage was taken care of before I even had to ask. When I entered the room, it smelled fresh, the lights were perfectly soft, and everything was spotless — not a thing out of place. Throughout my stay, every small detail was looked after. Fresh water was always available, housekeeping was punctual, and the staff genuinely cared about how my day was going. It didn’t feel like a Jehan Numa Palace Hotel — it felt like home. I honestly can’t remember the last time I felt this comfortable while traveling. This place reminded me that true hospitality isn’t about luxury; it’s about warmth, care, and people who love what they do.

Everything was amazing. The property is fine and very tastefully done. The food at the cafe was great but the food at Under the Mango Tree was a bit underwhelming. The cocktails hit the spot. I feel like the whole front desk team can be a bit more efficient and polite.
