Marriot experience was just like a basic 3 star hotel experience. Due to some event the staff was not able to service properly, for many services they were delayed. example like , I asked for TV remote thrice but still no remote was provided, Internet services were poor, no signal were found in the room. So basically you get bored in the room with No TV and internet.

courtyard is a lovely property positives 1. location is perfect 2. next to the mall 3. food options are good 4. rooms are good 5. cleanliness is there 6. staff is good negatives 1. please check the air conditioning of the room. we got to check it at 11pm and had to change the room as it wasn't working. slight difficulty when you have toddlers who are in deep sleep. 2. there was 2 baby lizards 🦎 behind the curtain. its ok, since we dont mind it as we are accustomed to seeing them around but i am sure people wud. 3. breakfast please go early to enjoy the whole spread. 4. dont have meetings in the lobby, it can get annoying. prefer to have them in the room or at the starbucks next to the hotel.

The property is excellent,the rooms are spacious and well furnished. The food is great. Hospitality too. Housekeeping did an excellent job. But the occupants of the room next to ours kept making loud noises till 1:30 am . They had a toddler who they couldn't control. All the occupants kept talking very loudly . Had to make a complain. The staff took quick action but I feel in such cases they should shift the people making noise to a secluded section.

The rules mentioned outside food was available but we were later told that it is not available and then we had to go all the way down to get the food. Nobody got it to our room.

Receptionist on phone and security at lobby entry point, were not at all cooperated and responsive during my recent stay, evening around 8 pm on my second day stay. Even after repeated requests on calls also not responded and behaved adamant. I wanted to vacate the room immediately. Some other staff requested and consoled me telling sorry for their attitude.
