All good. Will also recommend this hotel to others. Nice location and service was good. But food and drinks are expensive.

Rooms are dingy and damp, fan was not working ,poor room service , we asked for drinking water at 7.30 in the morning but was not given inspite of three reminders and e had to check out at 10.30 am. The reception is on first floor with no lift and in a cramped place. the corridors were dingy and damp. No more a place to stay as was in yester years. The bathrooms were terrible. You take a shower and the whole bathroon floor was filled with water.

The location of the hotel was good. Also the room was properly cleaned. Staff is helpful and humble. The interior of hotel was bit old and there is no window in deluxe room. apart from this everything is good.

The stay was very good, staff was very cooperative, upgraded our room to suite.Room service was very good , staff is very professional and trained.

Staying at Amar Palace was nice experience. Location of Hotel is Good, just opposit to DB mall. Reception is quite helpful, food is Good, Room comfortable, Bathroom too spacious, Hotel rooms and premises are clean and Hygienic.

It was the worst experience everything was very dirty washroom towels bed linen the shower was not working food was horrible had booked the meal plan but did not available the breakfast as well as lunch/dinner on the second day as it was very unhygienic and stale will not recommend anyone to use it

Hotel is very clean and situated at walking distance to DB Mall and Railway station. complimentary breakfast was good and lunch was even better.

Room was good but need upgrade they need to improve on service too and receptionist is smart and week behaved
