vary bad experience, my refund not processed, demand another hotel invoice, where I'm stayed. invoice provide by hotel, monday... and than I'm submitting to the MMT.

Our recent stay was marred by consistency poor services outdated rooms, leaving us feeling disappointed. Hotel staff may mantion rudeness, unprofessional. Housekeeping staff had not cleaned before my arrival, at 2am they sent us alone to the room by saying go up and find your room, also after completing they said what you will going put, don't matter and they don't care about it, and we not accept booking. In the last they argued very badly with us and asking for extra money

This room quality is very bad. Bathroom was not clean. No housekeeping for cleaning room. We got dirty bedsheets and pillow covers. Ac is not working properly. And the switch board also broken.

It was bad experience. And no mentenance in room. No dustbin. No almera. Mattresses are poor.

My recent experience with makemytrip was a complete nightmare. When i arrived at the hotel, i was informed that my reservation had been denied and i would not be able to check in. This was a huge inconvenience for me as i had traveled a long distance and was looking forward to a comfortable stay. I immediately called makemytrip for assistance, but all they could offer me were suggestions for other hotels located 4-5 km away. This was extremely frustrating as i had specifically chosen this hotel for its location. To make matters worse, due to makemytrip's fault, i had to pay an extra 2000 rupees for the alternate hotel. This experience has left me extremely disappointed with makemytrip's services. It seems like they do not have competent staff who can handle such situations and ensure that customers do not face any problems. I hope they take necessary steps to improve their services and ensure that customers do not have to go through such trouble in the future. It is important for companies like makemytrip to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide efficient services to maintain a good reputation.

There is no responsibility on staff, for entire one day there is no light and water. No supply of dg.

Food price on higher side. Room and washroom not cleaned for a single day during my 5 days stay

This hotel is disastrous service. On the day of check in, they arrogantly denied the entry. I spoke to make my trip and ola executives, instead of helping me they forced to cancel the hotel. At the last minute, i had to arrange another hotel.
