My experience at The Oasis was extremely disappointing. Everything was below standard — starting from the rooms to even the entry and exit areas. The rooms were poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and far from what was expected. The overall environment felt neglected, and the property clearly needs major improvements. I would not recommend staying here until significant upgrades are made.

Renovation work in progress at Hotel. Hence no signage or board outside. Took a little bit of time to figure out the place. Gave a room in 5th floor while the lift goes only till the 4th floor. Room service is poor and lots of finishing to be completed to give a proper review

Lift not working and also lift are not available for all floors and also the main point was the room key is not working and whenever I said him that issue and I request to hotel that please change my room they said no that’s why i left hotel room even i paid him full of cost..!!

Room was spacious and clean but the wifi was not working. The reception or the room service did not attended the issue even after continuous reminder. AC was very loud and was not cooling properly. Toilet jet spray was leeking. Overall, a mediocre experience.

The staff’s behavior was not helpful at all. I faced difficulty in finding the exact location of the property, as it’s not on the main road. The service staff didn’t answer my calls for almost an hour. When I mentioned this after reaching the property, they just laughed — which was very unprofessional. Additionally, I had to activate the room smart card three times a day, which was really , along with several other issues. Overall, a disappointing experience — I would never recommend this place to anyone.
