We reached around 1 am and there was nobody at the reception, we had to wait for 20 min to enter , then the reception person also took some time, then reached the room, the bedsheet was dirty, door mat was dirty, there was a leakage in tge washbasin, when i opnd the tap, water was leaking, there was leakage in the potty system as well. One of the two locks was not working.

this is a PG kindly delist this from MMT this is not a fab hotel, I reached out to MMT TEAM as they took 6 hour to resolve issue and I was allocated different FAB hotel - Altus which was good and hygienic. NYRA is unsafe and kindly delist

ground floor room was not good because the walls were damp, the plaster was coming off, and there were lizards inside

very bad service, bad staff , bad housekeeping, no drinking water and etc , no food arrangement, no toliya arrangement

Profession ambiance and staff enjoy the 5 days stay. Happy customer keep it up. Will definitely come back.

The experience was not good. First of all when I reached the hotel, the room was not cleaned. I have to wait for 1 hour before check in. After the room got cleaned and I entered the room, I came to know that the Toilet Flush was not working properly. So when I asked the Reception about this, he told me that he will get it repaired. But When I came back to the room after 8 hrs, the situation was the same. I told Reception to change the room and he told me there was no room available now.

Room size was ok. the biggest problem with the room was missing window. yes there was no window in room and felt claustrophobic. there were dirty stains on switches, almirah and other places. this needs cleaning. Bedsheets were not very clean and mix of synthetic fabric, so was uncomfortable during sleep. No room service in terms of toiletries or towel. it's a mix of pg and hotel.overall average stay.

Iam not looking for discount’s better I trying to avoid mmt

It was great stay at the property. Rooms were clean and hygienic, staff was well dressed and managed. Availed quick service whenever I called reception. Food was very delicious.

Location is good and close to Candor TechSpace. Have reasonable expectations w.r.t. food (It’s a PG cum hotel ) and have no expectations when it comes to services 🙂

I particularly appreciated the attention to detail – from the quality toiletries to the welcoming snacks. The hotel’s facilities were top notch.

This is a pathetic hotel and service, there is no proper staff, if you ask for water they will provide you tea, we have booked with room breakfast they denied for it. After showing the voucher they served only Paratha. The hotel is not clean at all linen with lots of stains, room with list of dust and all the staircases full of bottled water. Don't book this hotel it's better to stay in 500 rooms.
