Very poor experience. The room was dirty, TV and AC didn’t work, and staff was rude. No breakfast or water provided despite being mentione— even charged extra for water. No Jacuzzi as promised. Totally not worth the money.

Room was dirty Two single beds in room in state of one Double bed. Hotel staff told me no Double bed room available.

Bad experience

Room not properly clean. Washroom smelt terrible. The bed sheets weren't even changed. First i was being a different room but the room i got later was even worse.

We reached at bhopal at 9am, but due to wrong blue pearl hotel location we were roaming in tulsi nagar because hotel location was ended there. After that hotel staff contact were not reachable they were not responding my calls also after 2 and half hour call got connected, after lots of struggle we reached hotel at 12pm. Hotel service was not good toiletries wasn't provided. Washroom and room were smelling. Please change your hotel location we have suffered a lot like a anything. Regards vishal

The information provided by the hotel says access to early check in but i was denied for the same. No slippers, no shower cap, tv doesn’t work properly, most importantly i was charged 42 rupees for a water bottle that costs 20 rupees only
