रूम में सफाई नहीं थी। AC में से पानी गिर रहा था। ओर वह पानी बेड पर गिर रहा था ,जहां में सोया था ।इस कारण पूरी रात AC का उपयोग नहीं कर पाया। पूरी रात गर्मी में सोना पड़ा, साथ ही इंटरकॉम भी खराब था जिस कारण वेटर को बुलाने के बार बात रिसेप्शन काउंटर पर जाना पड़ा, होटल में इन हाउस किचन नहीं होने से ब्रेक फास्ट में सड़क किनारे की दुकान से पोहा ला कर दिए गए जिनका स्वाद बेहद ही घटिया था। होटल संचालक गलत जानकारी देकर बुकिंग ले रहे हैं। कृपया इस होटल को डीलिस्टिंग करने का कष्ट करे।

Towel were not available in the room. I have to tell them for towel for two times. But rooms was clear working AC was there.
