The location was good, but cleaning is not up to the mark, even drinking water is also not available subject to chargeable.

Kindly don't recommend this Hotel for Bhopal, staff was very rude and they are torturing customers by giving poor room and as not shown in picture, false pictures and taking the booking. And on refusal not refunding the money, I wish to put a case for the same in court for mental torture and wasting my time. Kindly remove this Hotel from you suggestion list.

It was good not best, because WiFi was not in working condition and bathroom was not good and no space in washroom.

Everything is very poor. Hotel, staff, toilet, and bed.

No water in bathroom. Had to call multiple times to reception to turn on water in bathroom. Had to call at afternoon, evening and night. Staff came in the morning at 6 Am to ask why I need to bath so early. Door locks from inside was broken and loose. Very poor experience.

Not good service and time management.

It was more than terrible, the owner asked us to vacate the room at 7 am next morning. I was with my brother and I had exam next day and we were already late. After 12 at night there were very loud sounds of people talking n walking on the stairs they were knocking random doors of the hotel with both hands. They also knocked our room. I would have lodged a complaint against the owner but I had exam and I didn't want to get into trouble but MakeMyTrip should enlist those hotels which are safer for the visitors.

Complete insecure environment for girls and worst service ever experienced at any hotel. Doors don't have locks, staff continuously interrupts you . . Even you have to make several calls for basic amenities like water.
