Terrible Stay

When I opened the tap water it was BLACK.The hotel had no hot water when I asked about it in the morning they said they can arrange it they gave water that had black bits floating in it. When I asked for a towel, they gave one that was already WET! There was no electricity for the entire NIGHT! Basic things all of these are things I would get in a hostel charging a night. This hotel charged and they didnt have the decency to provide basic amenities. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Although we booked an executive room, it was not very impressive. Nothing was special about it. Air conditioning was good. Shower could have been better. Room was small as compared to the price. Hotel staff was good. We barely stayed for one night so could not write more than this.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, however, there were a few issues with my room: - the air conditioning wasn't working properly. - the room was somewhat cramped. - the side table was too short. Despite these issues, i appreciated the hotel's hospitality and overall ambiance. With some improvements to the room facilities.

The hotel is decent but left much to be desired. The room size is quite small, making it feel cramped and less comfortable for extended stays. While the cleanliness and basic amenities were satisfactory, the lack of space was a letdown. One major inconvenience was the policy of not allowing outside food, which felt restrictive, especially when the in-house dining options were limited and somewhat overpriced. Overall, it's an average choice if you're looking for a short stay and don't mind the small room size and food restrictions. However, for the price, i expected better flexibility and comfort.
