not very much facilitate and bath kit was in poor condition and bed sheet and pillow are not very much comfortable. My total experience with this stay was not very much satisfied.

bed sheets were not clean, and the intercom was also not working, even after repetitive complain still not repaired or replaced

The location is good, hygienic rooms, smooth check in, breakfast quality is superb but it'll be appreciable if they increase the food options.

It was nice stay at Hotel Jalsa with family. Staff was good and cooperative. Quality of food was also good. Room service quality needs to be improved.

I've been staying at this property since 2022 whenever I visit Bhopal. However, this time my experience was extremely disappointing. The room was not very clean, dust and water were coming out of the AC, with a weird sound, and in the bathroom both the shower and the tap were running simultaneously. Even when I wanted to fill the bucket and take a bath, I had no option to turn off the shower as the mechanism was not functional. This was my 7th stay at the property, and I had never faced any issues before. Unfortunately, this time the management was very rude. I encountered who posed as the General Manager, and his behavior was unacceptable. I truly miss the times when Ms. Richa was in charge she always handled everything gracefully. I had rated this hotel 5 stars in 2022, but I have now deleted that review to post this one. I will certainly not be staying at this property again.

The room is clear and well furnished as per size. Breakfast is ok. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is ok but there is a scope of improvement

The room needs to be cleaned perfectly . managers need to be polite and respectful with customers, and should follow the terms and conditions as mentioned during booking for 2 hour relaxation during check in and check out. Ac was not working with the remote. I recently stayed at hotel jalsa during my trip to bhopal and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful, offered a warm welcome'n allowed early check in The room was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and amenities like the AC, TV.

Good Breakfast and Room Quality, all services good and could be better as per my experience Thank you.
