The food is exceptionally good... the staff is very well mannered and polite.. they'll come and ask you again and again for anything you need... The mouth watering Poha made by chef Ram was out of the world.... the room service is also really good... chef Ravi was kind enough to ask us about anything we need... My November stay was superb

I stayed there in 1st week Nov 2025 & found that the location & ambience is very good. The food served during breakfast was ok, but the best part was that upon pointing out the shortcomings the staff was quick and polite to implement it . Next day special care was taken . The house keeping is ok but they need to remember that after cleaning they don’t forget towels and napkins and keep the hand wash in proper condition & wherever toiletries got used it should be replaced. The overall experience was great and the reception staff and the restaurant staff were very pleasant and cooperative and efficient.

Location wise decent, food options in breakfast were very limited with taste not so good, facilities are average- the do the cleaning in the morning around 10-11 so they will dust cleaning powder on carpet right at the door which stinks pretty bad
