Hotel Kasturi Continental

room was horrible ,bed sheets pillow cover are not clean even after 2 reminder the not changed the bedsheets n pillow cover, washroom is stinky.

The facility and hospitality by the hotel was excellent and staff was cooperative

Hotel rooms are ok but no hot water available no ac no proper food when required tv phone not working 2 star to hotel not satisfied with the hote stay

My stay was good the staff was not that good but somehow i managed

No bill received after paying rs. 250 extra for one night stay for my guest(1 guest) as they demanded. They said i will receive the bills online but i have not received it yet. The room was not clean enough to feel hygienic. Although staff behaviour was good. A few times they rang the bell by mistake and it happened more than 3 times. One more thing, the window of the room(my room) on the 3rd floor was not having any latch, it just slides open, so a bit safety issue was there. Thank you for reading.

When i called hotel manager booking to ask if they are flexible with check out timing and they said yes and they will not mind and will not charge extra money. I asked them i will check in in evening and will also checkout in evening next day, so they said ok no problem and they will not charge as per satndard check in and check out timing. When i reached to hotel in evening i again asked them that i will check out in evening next and they said no problem and they will not charge extra. But at the time at check out they was asking me money for two days. They were trying make me fool.

The staff was very helpful, but the tv didn't work and also no intercom in the room

This was totally full of dust and other dirty smells. Floor was also not much clean.
Many things were not available in hotel which are regular like hot water, dish on tv, floor sleeper, tissue etc

Hotel based at MP Nagar, Zone 2 Bhopal. Offering average rooms with economical prices. Bathroom was small and dirty. Whatever room they have offered that was very small with average facilities.

Rooms are not so good and big. Food is very spicy. Air conditioner does not work properly. No geyser in the bathroom which is again very dirty. Menu card has a lot of things but only 4-5 things are available. Not at all happy.

Hotel is at good location. Staff behaviour is fine.

All hotel staff bad, food was average.

Toilet doors having locks, it was not getting locked, toilet windows open can be seen from outside, took a complete amount from us but the experience was terrible, this is reducing your standards, worst experience ever.

Food was good, and reasonable

Behave of the reception staff was very rude.
