Hotel property is in a very good location in mp nagar, central hub of bhopal. Rooms are good and full of amenities as mentioned during booking. Enjoyed stay and breakfast, A Happ stay.

Location is ok. But the management & Staff is not professional. They are not from hotel industry. They forget to send my laundry in time. They takes the orders. But after half n hour they come to know that sheaf isn’t available. Compromise on dirty clothes and eat whatever available was really horrible. Will never stay again and will never recommend.

Amenities is very bad room telephone is not working , Bad sheet is uncleaned room size is very small

Not so clean at all, Room was not clean, bedsheets were used, but staff was polite and location was decent. Needs better hygiene.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished with modern amenities. Staff were courteous and responsive, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport.

overall stay was average location is good as it is near to db mall the rooms are also good mattress at bed is not as expected but not very bad washrooms were good overall the experience was 7/10. I would surely recommend of you want a hotel near db mall and a nice cozy stay.

I did stay in golden orchid for 3 nights in december 2024. The room in the 1st night was not good enough. But the next two days' stay were really upto my satisfaction. The room service were excellent and food staff was also good. And above all i loved the location very much.

Room was filled with extreme humidity and moisture, no ventilation. I changed 3 rooms in 3 night stay but every room gave same experience. They charged me for wrong food item which i never ate, and also they haven't refunded my money for the same, very bad experience i had there

Food was good. Rest all shabby. Interior was not maintained. No sufficient towels. A lot of noisy environment and the hotel did not give me a gst bill. Also, the bed linen and pillows were dirty. Will not stay here ever again
