Room giving back side but my booking from side

Overall good food, service and excellent location. However, Mr Javed who sits at the Ground Floor front desk in the early morning is unprofessional, rude and lacks common courtesy and etiquettes. He was also insiting to bypass MMT and approach hotel directly for booking next time onwards for better service and discount, not sure what he meant and did not waste my time talking to him much. However, I will think twice before booking this hotel next time onwards due to his incompetence and unfriendly nature as after an early morning flight or overnight train when we are tired, its very irritating and tiring if we have to face such behavioral issues even after paying good amount for room.

Property is old and need efforts to maintain it. Interior is old and dirty, bathroom fittings are rusty, insects in the room. Not worth money. I will n9t prefer this again.

The view and location both are good but hotel is not worth the amount they are charging. Also food could have been better. Felt like old property with average maintenance

Everything you touch in the hotel room either breaks or doesn’t work there are water leakages in washrooms food is also not so good except for location everything is disappointing.

Over hyped , No cleanliness , Toilet horrible, No partition b/w shower and toilet area, water leakage.

Drainage water leakage at bathroom. Flash not properly working. They charge water bottles without giving one bottle in the room.

This hotel needs a renovation. Urgently. It's in very bad shape. Though the property location is amazed. Food quality is also good. But only thing is poor maintainance. Rats in kitchen. Ac not functioning etc etc. Shared the same view with the manager at reception as well
