It is not a hotel but a very expensive home stay no room service even no intercom no food after 10 pm very expensive food with no options u feel like they are not happy in serving you or you have not paid anything for your food no privacy no specific parking no arrangements for driver wil have to pay if you want your driver sd sleep comfortably at night toilets were clean but stinky, cockroach was there on table. Visited kanha and panchmari also and stayed mp t safari lodge mukki, kanha and mp t champak bungalow at panchmari almost similar prize with ausum service with all meals with all facilities of great resort but on the basis of good google ratings at bhopal instead mp t wind and waves i opted for ivy suites but these rating are false i think mainly by their friends and family members in mp mp t is best because even on midway mp t midway treat wrer ausum super value for money ausum gesture great quality quick services.

It's a kind residential bungalow and not a hotel. The room was facing the Lake however the internal room flooring and mats kept in room floor were very dirty. I am 200% sure they were neither dry cleaned nor washed from the day it was bought. The bathroom was stinking though looked cleaned. The rest was ok. The only good thing about staying in the property is the location and forest kind of feeling as nearby vicinity has trees.

The rooms were really beautiful and we loved the decor. The food was also good. Loved interacting with the hosts. I believe the washroom was not fit for bathing as there was no tap/ shower for it and just a tub which was not so clean. Rest of the stay was really good!

After paying this much amount if the room has no view of Lake it is not worth. The hotel can quote lower price for rooms not facing to the Lakes. Bathroom could have been more clean. Excellent ambiance and food.
