Mr. Ankit was instrumental in ensuring our check-in process was smooth and that our family had everything we needed. He went above and beyond to accommodate special requests, arrange local transport, and even gave us some great sightseeing tips. His professionalism combined with a personal touch made a lasting impression. Ms. Payel, from the guest relations team, was equally outstanding. She frequently checked in to ensure we were comfortable and even arranged a special surprise for our children during dinner, which absolutely made their day. Her kindness, attention to detail, and cheerful demeanor truly enhanced our experience.

Property location is good and is easily accessible via Google maps,food is good and staff is polite.Radisson Bhopal amenities are fine but spa is missing,apart from that all good

Staff was good rooms were ok, AC cooling was not proper AC was running completely for hours fans speed were max but still temperature was around 20 only so that was an upset.

Food was average. Specially In Room Dining. Breakfast was Good. Pool was very average Near pool terrace was not good looking. All pool side couch was damaged.
