the rooms were not appropriate as per executive class. The additional bed was not ready, untrained staff,. no slippers were provided.

Overall decent stay breakfast could be better staff is good and cleanliness is good should provide bathroom slippers and mat

Room was good ,neat and clean . only issue was with bed . Didn't got what I booked . got two single beds merged as one rather than one Queen bed .

Stay was very nice. Two things where the team needs to work- daily room cleaning service must be available and a towel was not provided to us even after requesting a towel. We did not try any meal or breakfast there so no comments for food.

The service was good, and the hotel staff were polite. Bastion Hotel is very useless because they don't provide service on time and when I got the room they did not provide anything in the room, no insect repellent, no water bottle and no buffet in breakfast.

Food very good however the manager at restaurant served plates of lunch before we reached to the restaurant roti were bit hard about the stay very good reception house keeping and managers at the hotel were really helpful

Property is well maintained with easily accessible location. food of in house Restaurants is also fine.

Good and comfortable stay along with professional staff. location is nice near to Bus stand for easy travelling access.
