Palette Hotel Nisarga by Sunday Bhopal

1. The image of property for a deluxe room was having windows but the room to me had no proper ventilation. The window was facing a wall on the next side.

Very unclean rooms, foul smell. Washrooms are not clean.

The hotel room is worth less due to no well ventilation and maintain according to their nearby hotels. The breakfast meals is not having varieties dish’s. The rent is so high as per facilities of hotel.

First, Hotel location is Good. Hotel is near approx 450m away from DB mall Bhopal. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is good but slight costlier.Cost is even higher than Erise Sayaji Bhopal which is a 4star hotel. The main drawback of this hotel is ,if you are travel with your personal car than this hotel is not for you. You will face parking issue because hotel is just on the main road.They will arrange parking for you but if you think you can go anytime, anywhere by your car then you will face parking issue. When I told the manager that parking is a problem here then he said MP NAGAR jaisi location par parking ki jagah alag kaise ho sakti hai.......Then my answer will be to that stupid manager that Go and see the Sayaji Enrise hotel and Regenta hotel.

1. Smell at corridor was equivalent to government hospitals 2. They are charging water bottle@ Rs. 50 and unused/unopened bottles can't get back 3. No buffet breakfast instead of charging at the time of online reservation 4. Lady receptionist is pathetic and arrogant, need to train her time and teach her about selection of words Pathetic hotel with pathetic service with most pathetic receptionist

The bathroom was not very clean, and had a flickering light. The food provided had limited options. The lift was very small. The location was awesome, next to the shopping mall, and staff were all helpful and friendly. Overall not a bad experience. 👍✈️

Everything is good 👍 service is also good. I would suggest that water price should be MRP as it’s an essential item.

Didn't allow to spend few time post checkout time. Even after the property has less customers.

The hotel stay was good and comfortable, it was value for money. The reception , Room service was awesome. Room cleaning, wash room cleaning was at par... Amenities were good . Staff , room service crew was supportive. Food quality was really good , neat & clean and price was reasonable.

Stay is comfortable. Staff and Managers are helpful and cordial. Tea is tasty. Overall great experience.

Wifi was not working. Bedding was separated. Water bottles were charges at higher prices including GST. Reception attended at morning create inconvenience in our check in.

property is centrally located in MP nagar, can be easily accessed,rooms are small for a family but ok for a couple. breakfast spread is good.
