1- Hand shower water flow. 2- Because of the fire alarm issue repeatedly the reception employee was calling and saying not to smoke. Ideally I was staying in the room from last week still after I have denied still the same behaviour was continued. which made me felt irritated and I told them to check the room they came by 11:30 with 4 boys employee no girls that also was not good

Too many mosquitoes in the room towards the last 2 nights. Woke up with many bites on head and hand. Poor level of hygiene on that aspect.

The location was good. Staff members are polite and well mannered. The cooling in the room was a little bit of a problem as the AC control was not working properly. over all the stay was nice. Breakfast spread was good.

We had a very nice and pleasant stay there. It is very centrally located with access to restaurants and city areas nearby. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was very good and had nice varieties. Staff were very courteous and service was very good.
