It's one of my finest stays near bhopal with peace and serenity. Limited food options in the menu but delicious. Also having courteous staff providing quick and helpful service. Looking for another peaceful stay at this property soon. Special thanks to the manager mr. Anthony being so polite and helpful.

Not value for money

The hotel is not maintained properly at all. Kitchen needs drastic cleaning.. Every thing inside isgreased with oil, looks no body bothers to clean gasstove, exhaust fan, fridges etc etc. Very unhygienic kitchen.

Amazing place with amazing staff. Very helpful. Food was good specially loved their aalu paratha. The place is fully fenced and rooms are specious. Went for a day and added another day to our stay.

groupA short visit with only one friend, as other friends were busy in conducting cbse board examinations. But this place, halali retreat is a calm and peaceful location just near the halali dam backwater. Ample opportunity to watch different varieties of birds and fishes, which are not present nowadays in cities. Got up in the morning with the chirping sound of birds, quite so natural environment. A short and memorable trip with friends, but family trip can also be conducted, as it is a safe place and even so many families were enjoying the weekend there. I will definitely recommend halali retreat to all, who are willing to go for a trip with family and friends.

familyCleanliness is a big issue in the resort, bedsheets are not so clean, everywhere is webs of spiders inside and outside of room. Lot of monkeys are there around the resort always trying jump on the food of visitors. Room service and food is good.

Paid for best room and stayed in worst room

familyVery unhygienic and dirty room. Booked the most expensive room and stayed in the worst room on the property. First of all, does not guide the proper room. But staff member of hotel supported us shifted to other room. That room was very messy. At night water comes from the roof to the room floor due to rain, in the washroom drain water comes out. I would suggest please don't go here with kids. I stayed many MPT properties but this stay was pathetic and does not match with the standard of MPT properties.

We had not stayed at the hotel, as after reaching there we found it that it was very lonely and risky. There were no other guests at the hotel. Only one staff was there, who was almost asleep. Not safe at night.

We have pleasant stay with good food service with personal touch by Balram the waiter. Enjoyed various calorie burn play activities on rope net, trekking. Done motor boat ride. Totally scenic views so captured many moments on mobile and camera.
