Hotel doesnot have any amenities shown in website no gym no pool .Room doesnot have wifi . Room was filthy and bathroom does not have towels and also handwash . There was some dance tutorial going in ground in such a loud music that i was not able to do my meetings

2 nights awful stay

First of all whatever facilities you see majority of them are not available. Like gym, spa, swimming pool. Secondly this is average banquet hall and not maintained hotel to facilitate business traveller or family. Thirdly for each and every need you need ask for help on mobile number at reception because intercom does not work and house keeping staff is not trained in up keep of the rooms. You need to call for towel, water, bath gel, shampoo, toilet cleaning, hot water, mosquito replant etc etc. Lastly, no body is bother of you no matter how many times you need to ask for services. Worst decision is made to book this hotel by seeing the pictures. Please avoid this hotel if possible at all.

There were lipstick stains on the chair, on the the cushion, there was a dubious stain on the bedsheet. Moreover the lights would go out time after time while i was in the hotel room, and the good came in super late like an hour late and when i called the front desk again he started to gas light me saying that it had only been 15-20 mins but i was watching the clock and it had been an hour. The television had no paid channels to watch. Also the shower didn't work.

Booked executive room and paid as there was no option of paying after checking the room. Property has ample parking facility, but the condition of the room was pathetic. Toilet seat was in worst possible condition with no water. Entire room was full of mosquitoes. Bath and fixtures were all rusty and shower was just there as a show piece. Tried using it and water went at 90 degree angle towards the right side wall😂 Floor tiles were broken and there was nothing on TV. No night bulb was on installed so we had to sleep with two lights on. please please. look for a different property👎

Smelly & dirty bathroom and crushed floor tiles

First time i visited sagar with my family to attend a wedding but it became terrible to experience my stay there. I was not at all expecting with mm t : 1) smelly & dirty bathroom - when i was entered into the washroom it was smelly and dirty and was not able to spend 1 minute there. 2) crushed tiles : tiles of rooms was not pasted so that sand and cement was getting out from floor. It required cleaning again and again. 3) deal y service : room's phone was completely dead so that i needed to call service through my personal phone, and for any requirement i needed to called them 2 or more times. Overall poor experience.
