Nice property with spacious rooms and services. Staff is friendly polite and helpful

The complete room has a dirty washroom smell that continues horrible stay not suggested ridiculous n They do not ask for included breakfast also no arrangement for Included breakfast fast buffet

i found this property via Google map then on MMT. location was good, not in crowded place. food : good but price was bit high. service : average.

This hotel is located a bit outside the main city but well connected place with greenery all arround. Well maintained, well decorated, big rooms, very good room service, cordial behaviour etc. all speaks high about the hotel. Only issue is that it’s a pure veg hotel which may pose some problems with the non vegetarians.

MAP plan booking they have charged extra people on food sharing. even they have fixed meals.

I liked the behaviour of the employee very much. He came into the room at 2 in the night and there was a smell of cigarette so he immediately sprayed perfume in the room.

It was a good stay. Staff was polite and always available. Room was okay too. Good for a night stay.

this is the worst hotel I had ever visited. the staff here was very rude and unprofessional. This was a group of goons. They don't have even the most basic amenities . I asked them for a toilet kit and they refused, said that they don't have it.

Not properly respond, i have called 2-30 time regarding blanket chenge but not solution. Every time call attend and ask 10 minutes but not changed blanket. Blanket was mummy. Give feedback after checkout.

Hotel is good, parking space is enough. Food taste needs improvement, otherwisw in all aspects hotel is all good for stay.

A very pleasant stay at hotel grand palace, sagar. The ambience, hygiene and hospitality services were excellent and the staff were very polite as well. Overall a pleasant experience and definitely worth the price

Hotel grand has untrained staff. Facilities are also incomplete.

The ambience looks and feel was good. Parking was big and safe. Bathroom was clean but did not had shampoo and handwash. Food was average. However, the not so good part was reception staff behavior. We were billed for food which we never ordered and the billed time was the one when we checked-in. Reception girl was very rude and taking things for granted with hit back response. This service will hold me back from visiting again or advising anyone for this hotel.

Overall a comfortable stay with spacious room and parking facility. Breakfast was served in room as per choice- paratha, poha etc. Location is close to railway station and on the main road but still not noisy at all.
