found the property on makemytrip & cousin suggestion at Sanchi.place was nice, clean, hygienic. room was nice, cottage wasn't available for stay. food was excellent, unique taste. recommended after one or two rains, hot as no greenery around.

Overall superb experience... Ambience is very good and property is well maintained. Rooms very clean and spacious... Food was ok ok not very delicious...need improvement only in food rest all 10 out of 10

Rooms are great, but they are missing basic amenities like door mats, furniture like tables are missing, we were in suite room they were big but they were missing central tables door mats and all

We had one day stay at utopia. The exterior of The Utopia Resort is beautiful & interior was clean & hygienic. The room was spacious as well as well furnished. The staff was courteous.
