It was a very pleasant stay the rooms were clean and the service was also efficient, the only problem we faced was someone was playing loud music on our floor at 4 in the morning so I would like the management to look into this and make sure this will not repeat

Very bad service, staffs are too rude don't even know how to take proper orders. If you're going to this hotel never ever pay for breakfast initially. It's just an illusion they have given about breakfast including. Rooms are not at all clean, curtains are broken, basin in washroom not at all working and after asking to mend it shamelessly told it works like that only, water goes slow.
