Hotel Western, Bhopal.

Hotel stay was not great as expected, AC’s were not cooling, rooms were smelling, few issues with washroom water tap leakage as well. We requested hotel staff, after there initial reluctance they complied with our request.

The room was neat and clean but washroom was just okay. The standard of toiletries provided was not good. Also, the ceiling fan was not working and despite complaints it was not resolved

Hotel room is good for stay but bathroom is not good. Toilet and bathing in same side which has no room to sit on the toilet. Need to be cleaned.

No doubt, the food is very good, room is also very comfortable, especially your dal fry and rice is-ta office, very nice and cooperative overall line is also very good

Ac of room no. 321 was not working. We were shifted to 317 in this room hot water was not coming.

I called your call centre .the ac was not working. Now the hotel shifted my room. Since early morning i am not able to sleep. What images you want for that. Horrible. Experience. Now i will book by booking.com trivago. The call centre lady says sir u have not booked an ac room. Since 24 hours i am in an ac room. Your call centre is helpless

Room quality is good but as a rate bad quality and interior in normal. Spring bads are there. Other wise room service and all good

I had given a standard classic room where bedsheets were smelly and not properly cleaned, bathroom is really very small where you can't even sit properly for toilet, in the washroom you won't get hot water untill and unless you don't throw 4 buckets of cold water from the tap, staff is uneducated and not trained properly, when i entered in the hotel there were no security gurad also who can help me to pick up my luggage. Guard was watching tv inside in the restaurant. Food is tasteless. Room was very cold during winter no heater facility. I wanted to cancel my booking but they didn't do that and said no refund also if i cancel booking. Property is not comfortable and safe for women's those who are traveling alone.

good space for a family, the hotel is family friendly

Decent rooms but beds were spring mattresses and were very bouncy, staff were not much helpful as the booking was done through makemytrip. Geysers were not working as the not much rooms were occupied hence had to ask for hot water which was served through buckets

Location is good but they can provide better food service, they should provide milk powder, tea, coffee sachet at room, no kettle facility.
