Good place to stay at ghoom Good hospitality Food items are excellent Good behaviour.

The staff is homely friendly reassuring. a home away from home kindness is felt. here we got that.

The maintenance of the rooms is very poor. Geyser was not working in one room and other was required repairing during our stay. No staff was available while we departing the hotel at 6 pm No proper communication from staff of the hotel Plus points are .. Good was very good. Staff were having lot of patients ...but they were not having proper training. We have booked out of compulsion a combo offer with one extra bed but they have provided only matress in very small room. Overall it's ok, when you are in need but definately not when you plan for accomodation.

The location is somewhat off side. service and food was excellent. The staff are very polite and very honest. I will recommend it if you go with a full family and to stay away from the mall road.

Rooms are very cozy..not suitable for a couple even..location is also far away from darjeeling..so if one wants to explore Darjeeling its better to stay nearby mall road or atlst in Darjeeling. Food and staff behaviour is good.we booked it through MMT but i suggest that it not a resort as name says...Its a home stay...

Accommodation is good, proper wooden. Rooms are small in the price segment. Service is good. However, you will have to ask for basics also, and they will provide for sure. 5

I recently stayed and found the rooms to be comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. While the hotel may experience staffing shortages during durga puja, the team's dedication to customer service was evident. A small tip for travelers: if you plan to leave the hotel early in the morning, around 7:30 am, be aware that the road in front of the hotel becomes one-way. It's a minor inconvenience, but knowing this beforehand can help you plan your departure accordingly. Additionally, it's important to note that the hotel does not have an elevator / vehicle ramp to reach. Guests will need to use the stairs to access the reception area, which may be challenging for those with mobility limitations

The room was clean & comfortable. beautiful view of Kanchanjunga from the balcony. All the staff were very polite & helpful specially Suman, Poonam & also Jenny. Food was very tasty especially the breakfast, it was equivalent to a whole day's meal. The resort is nearer to Senchal wildlife sanctuary, Tiger hill & Ghoom monastery. The overall stay was good.

Hotel staff didn’t facilitate the accommodation properly. To find the location, carrying luggage etc. Food was good but with limited choices. There is no AC and fan due to low temperature but dryer should be provided for clothes.

The stay at rope resort has been great. Rooms were well maintained and spacious. Food was excellent. The property is 7 km away from mall road but we wanted our stay away from noisy market areas so opted for this property. Overall ambience and food quality will compensate for the little pain that you may face due to the little off location of the property.

Room condition was good as displayed, no towels provided, food quality average. Service of the professionals was cooperative and on point.

Perfect location for those who want to view kanchenjunga and also very near to senchal sanctuary & tiger hill. Excellent view of mt. Kanchenjunga can be seen from the resort balcony.

First of all i received calls from hotel asking about check in time. We did late check in. However i called at hotel at the time when we were about to reach. No one was receiving calls. We waiting outside of hotel for a while. Went to hotel reception no one was there. Waited long time it was mentioned that driver room will be allocated separately. They had no rooms. The behaviour was also worst towards the driver. Nowhere was mentioned it was a non smoking zone. We came to know after we checked in.
