Not a standard Hotel for Conformable Stay

First of all the 3 star shouldn’t be given for this property . Rooms are very old, wear and tear all over . Website photos were taken and edited for showcase the hotel , actual condition is different . Beds sagging , lights flickering, noisy Air-condition, musty smell rooms , non maintained towels , dirty floors and walls . Over experience is pathetic

"early check in" is a joke. Literally waited nearly an hour for checking in, even after i have mentioned about early check in make my trip booking. Receptionist are ignorant about it even after i showed them proof of early check in. Rooms are weary, rest room door is getting stuck while trying to open and door doesn't close with ease. Switches on the charging ports are difficult to access. Food is good. Overall an average experience. Being a 3 star hotel and claiming to be one of the best in karur, more changes have to be done to rooms. Kindly look into it.

We had a good stay in the residency, karur. The rooms are good and clean. The food in the restaurant is good. However, the choice for vegetarians is less and needs be increased

It’s a good hotel for a 3 star however, the charges were exhorbitant. Almost as much as a 5 star hotel. That’s why the less rating. Otherwise good facilities, clean and well kept property. Thank you

The property was decent. The approach road is narrow and you have to use public road to commute from parking space to property, even though it was adjacent. The complimentary breakfast was ok. Apart from those things everything else was good.
