Once a really good property known for its excellent hospitality, was a total let down this time. Every request took its sweet time to arrive, random charges were levied at checkout, and folks could have been more courteous, rather they were little curt. As someone who visits the town every year, have been repeatedly booking at hemala , this year was a stark contrast, telling me it's time to explore other places at Karur
