Poor room service... mat towel, water bottles had to be requested. air conditioner wasn't working.... I had to call the reception to fix the power cut & voltage drop.

Poor Stay
The toilet inclyding wash basin & showrr had boiling hot water / even if we ooen full cold water, it was coming boiling hot. Ansolutely horrible. They had plastic cups in room & when I made tea, I could smell plastic in the cup. The hotel can at least keep porcelain cups

2 star hotel at karur
Services were good. Food can be improved.Room was of good quality. Bed was right and firm. Pillows can be little thick. Reasonable tariff if booked through make my trip.

Rooms are not maintained. Hot water in my room was a problem. The hotel is more apt for weddings with no of banquets there. Lighting in the rooms very dim.

This a good property by itself, huge and well situated. Only issue is there are few helpers to serve the guest. Rooms needs slightly more maintenance in terms of cleaning rooms.
